Facility is well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Waiters at the pool side were my favorite. Always smiling and checking often to see if you need drinks. Of course, our tipping may have helped with their service. Food was good. Loved the casino and dance club shared with Secrets.

The facilities and pool areas are excellent. There are more animated areas around the pool bar and more quiet areas depending on what you wish. The staff was very kind. They allow pets and they were very friendly with our small dog. We've got a room on the ground floor with access to the pool, it was excellent because we were able to be next to our dog without bothering other clients.

The resort is an older resort but the layout was perfect, many smaller pools and not overcrowded. The beach is expensive but the water is chopper this time of the year, I've been on this beach area in May and the water is calmer. Food was good, drinks were ok. The rooms are dated and need upgrading but comfy enough. Staff was pleasant .

This property is very well kept. Not your grandiose high ceiling marble piller lobby. But it makes it up with the tropical gardens with great winding pools and beach area.. The staff is friendly food is good. Remember it's an international buffet so stick to what you know. Drinks are made perfect. This is a family resort and a great place to take children for a real tropical vacation instead of the big amusement park..

The greenery surrounding the hotel is amazing and it’s not so big so you can walk everywhere. Nice beach and pool. Most staff are well trained and professional. Kids club team are very good and always helpful.

The resort was beautiful! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Make sure you get on a party boat to a secluded shallow pool, where you can water slide down off the boat. And party with other boaters.

The facility was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff and property overall. The grounds were will kept and extrememly clean, staff was friendly respectful; they were pleasent and courteous. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely return.
